The staff were very helpful, and the individuals on duty during my arrival spoke enough English to make the process very easy. The room itself was decent, with a very deep jacuzzi tub that worked wonders on my jet lag to help me relax. My only issue was a towel that was left from the last patron and a hair in the bath, everything else was practically spotless.
