The room was very small, but super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Wonderful room darkening shades and soundproof room made our midday nap glorious before we recharged for a full evening. The staff were so nice and the area can't be beat! Less than 5 minutes from the train station, which was so helpful! Stayed 4-nights with my daughter. I’m sure this was one of the best hotels in Japan! The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety! People at the hotel were so kind and polite. My daughter got sick on the checkout day, I’ve asked them whether I could extend the checkout time, they let us do so. I really do appreciated for their beautiful kindness. Even when we we’re leaving the hotel, all people at the front desk said “ODAIJINI take-care ” to my daughter!! Great hospitality, cleanliness, perfect services…I would definitely come back when I come to Fujisawa again!!
