L'emplacement est assez loin du centre ville et à cause du trafic et de l'absence de trottoirs, il est dangereux de s'aventurer dehors pour dîner le soir toujours prendre un taxi ou grab. Très satisfait du roof top et de la piscine du 19ème étage avec une belle vue. The room itself is very nice and roomy. The bed was amazing to the point it was a shame to have to get up and start the day. I couldnt recomend this hotel enough. Commendable breakfast selection with local Javanese food and beverage, which was excellent. Very understanding and helpful staff. Makanan relatif enak. Pelayanan secara umum bagus. - Ada sedikit hal yang perlu diperhatikan oleh reception saat menerima tamu saat check in, kalau tamu masih duduk menunggu di dekat tempat check in harus ditanya apa sudah jelas atau belum. Sehingga tamu yang masih belum mengerti tidak menunggu terlalu lama. - Mengenai area di sekitar hotel, untuk lalulintas di pintu masuk hotel termasuk padat karena dekat dengan lampu merah.
