Walking distance to top shops and restaurants Hotel is very clean. No smell of smoke inside the lobby and elevator. Gym is new and have excellent equipment. Hotel front desk is very helpful. Ms. Yang Hui, 杨慧，in particular, helped a family of four. She helped us on calling delivery, info on touring around the city as well as calling taxi. This hotel has the facilities as 5 star hotel but with very localized services. What made my stay a 5 star experience, was the faultless and absolutely first class service from Alfred at the front/concierge desk. Alfred not only speaks impeccable English, but he went way beyond my expectations to help me with a particularly difficult request. He did this with grace, style and poise and nothing was a problem for him. I have only ever experienced 5+ star service like this before once in my life - that's how good he is!
