The only challenge was the stairs and lack of an elevator to the lobby level (and from lobby level to the elevator level) but other than that, it was an excellent stay. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the heart of Besiktas. Highly recommended."

They get 5 stars especially the man at the front desk who was so willing to help me translate and order a uber when I needed to go to the emergency room.
