Spacious flat, close to all amenities and centre.
Very helpful staff, friendly and resourceful. Would strongly recommend to anyone wanting to get most of their stay in Armenia.

Booked delux room
Me and my friend booked their 2 bed room delux apartment for a 4 night stay. Our flat had all the facilities we were after. It was a much better and cheaper option than booking a hotel for almost double the price. It is also very centrally located being about 5mins walk from both the well known republic square and the opera house regions. Their staff were also very professional, friendly and helpful.

Upgraded to near European renovated apt. Missing was heated towel rack, power outlets at head of bed, and AC in BR. Convenient location and quiet. Needs a better mattress. Secured access to building and elevator. Satellite TV but I used my AppleTV.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the apartment was not up to standards. The lighting was poor, many light bulbs needed to be changed. The bedding (comforter, pillow cases were stained) and the apartment needed a good dusting. We were surprised that Expedia would have this listed as a hotel to stay at. Would not recommend to anyone.

Мы снимали квартиру. Было достаточно уютно. Три минуса: ковры, которые не мешало бы почистить, сломаная лейка в душе, диван на котором не возможно спать. Ну и ещё вопрос к организации, на первые сутки поселили не в ту квартиру, которую мы бронировали и пришлось переезжать, первая квартира была совсем не очень.
