Enjoy the panoramic ocean views of the Keppel Islands and breezes from the balcony and spacious open plan living in this top floor apartment - great place to relax and enjoy all the Capricorn Coast and Yeppoon CBD offers. This two bedroom apartment boasts a queen bed in both bedrooms plus built in cupboards. Third bed is a pull out sofa bed in the lounge. Wifi and Netflix available. Spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, electric hotplate, fridge, dishwasher and cutlery/crockery. Secure undercover car parking with lift to all levels. Park your car and then walk to beach and all of Yeppoon CBD facilities. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Laundry cupboard with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. Just 10 minutes drive away is Rosslyn Bay Harbour and Marina to go out to our beautiful Keppel Islands and 5 minutes drive to Yeppoon Golf Course for 18 holes of golf. 2 minutes drive to two different shopping centres, Keppel Bay Plaza and Yeppoon Central. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. We would suggest better lighting in the basement as it was hard to find the lift at first - very dark and no sign as to where it was (we thought we were going t have to carry our luggage up the many stairs to top floor! It was neat and tidy and had everything you needed except coffee and tea. The beds were comfortable.
