« Un peu déçue du fait que la chambre soit beaucoup trop petite pour 15 jours et qu’il y n’y ai pas de fenêtre donc aucun moyen d’avoir une vrai aération. Ce qui nous a dérangé c’est que nous pouvions entendre le moindre bruit sur la chambre d’à côté. Mis à part ça le personnel a été très agréable que ça soit l’accueil ou le service de ménage »

« Hôtel top avec des équipements de qualité La baignoire jacuzzi et le fauteuil massant sont vraiment des plus. La vue également sur la han river est magnifique au lever et au coucher du soleil. À quelques minutes à pieds des transports en communs, de restaurants et accessible en taxis. Bonne localisation pour se rendre dans les endroits les plus réputés de Séoul. "Nous avions deux chambres. Mauvaises odeurs dans les chambres. Dans la notre la climatisation faisait un bruit horrible et fuyait, le tapis tout mouillé. Pas de papier toilette après nettoyage de la chambre, il faut réclamer pour qu'on remette de l'eau dans le frigo. Serviettes très abîmées, pas digne de cette catégorie d'hôtel. Lit pas très confortable. Il a fallu que j'achète deux bonnets de bains pour que les filles puissent nager. La salle de sport est bien. La piscine est bien. Le parking gratuit."
