"When we visited temps ranged from 20s at night to low 40s and this is a cozy warm place to stay. We cracked the window at night and were very comfortable. Only downside was our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 6:30 pm. We were asked to wait an hour and then it was ready. The staff were very nice about it, just frustrating on our end after a very long day of traveling. I highly recommend staying here when in Yellowstone. You can’t beat the location and the accommodations are well maintained. "

"I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed my stay at this historic hotel. My room was large and clean. The bathroom had marble countertops and basket weaved marble floors. Very quiet. I had low expectations for the dining room too after all the bad reviews but my husband and I really enjoyed our dinner. He had the NY Step and I had roasted chicken. It was a delight to meet all the young people working there for the summer. "

"We've never stayednat this hotel before and based on this experience, we would definitely return. Nice big rooms with microwave, small fridge, quiet heat/AC and comfortable beds. Turn down service each day available. Breakfast has options from hot items, bagel/breads, yogurt and fruit. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Hotel is located about a block from shopping, food, coffee and gas. Very pleasant stay."
