Good morning Catherine, I am very sorry to hear that you had limited supplies in your kitchenette, now that we know we will make sure to set up the kitchenettes with the appropreate items. For your next visit if you find there is not what you need please do not hesitate to contact the front desk and we will do our best to supply you with what you need. Unfortunately the restaurant is leased out to a different company and they have set hours of 8am to 8pm. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

The Nova Inn overbooked and made me stay at The Quality Inn and Suites. That place was very loud and dirty. Cleaning staff at Nova Inn only come on the day you are scheduled to leave. You are encouraged to use towels for your entire stay. It wad a loud hotel on 4th floor with tour groups coming and going at 1am and 2am from aurora viewing. Bring ear plugs!!!! Parking lot was spacious and has outlets to plug in on cold nights. Walking distance to a few spots by get a rental car to make life easier

The building is very old, very poorly maintained and the general decor is outdated. I was able to hear the conversations in the room next-door through the division door. I was also able to hear the kids from the room across the hall. During my 5 night stay, I wasn’t offered for a room cleanup or fresh towels and it wasn’t mentioned to me upon check-in that the hotel doesn’t offer that on a daily basis. Practically no other service in the hotel that appears upon reservation was available (laundry machines were broken, gym room was locked, mini fridge in my room was not working, in-hotel restaurant was closed …). The fan in my bathroom was covered in dust and I could smell cigarette smell coming from it. I also heard from a worker that a pipe bursted a month ago and they have had overall issues with the hotel. They are trying to maintain it in the very poor conditions while doing the upgrades and it is really not ideal for the guests.

Good morning Talar, thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear that your visit was not pleasant. Our housekeeping does not come to your room unless you have a tidy up sign on the door, it should have been told to you on check in. The gym is open from 7 am until 9 pm daily, you do need a code to get into the gym which also should have been provided at check in. Unfortunately the restaurant is owned from outside the hotel and they were closed for maintenance. As per the cigarette smell, we are a non-smoking hotel and if we were aware someone was smoking in the hotel it would have been addressed immediately. If you would like to discuss further please contact me or our General Manager directly.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. There was some stains on the floor so need a deep cleaning or new tiles and rug. Also, restaurant was closed, despite ordering food online before arriving. Wish there was more space to store luggage besides the janitor closet.

For the price of the hotel I feel like it did not deliver. Everything was pretty well sub par at best. The staff acted as if I was inconveniencing them with any request from checking in to getting a car pass. The room had various stains on the floor, walls and in the bathroom that made us feel uneasy about how clean everything was. The hallways smelt pretty terrible everytime we came and went, smells like cigarette smoke and garbage. We did speak with the front desk and noticed a slight improvement throughout our stay although I did still felt like I had to hold my breath through certain sections of the hotel. We booked our stay for 3 people and had to reach out to the front desk as they only supplied us amenities for 2 and despite never putting up a do not disturb sign we never got our room cleaned during our 4 night stay. Maybe they have a protocol for this, if there was though we were never made aware of it. Parking is decent, they have plug ins for about 8 cars, spaces for probably 8 more and if that's full there is plenty of street parking nearby. Also, if you're driving make sure to stop by the tourist info centre for a visitor parking pass to avoid paying at the meters or getting any fines, the town seems fairly strict about street parking! Overall if the price was about half of what I had payed I would have expected what we got, but at that price I'm likely not about to stay here again and wouldn't reccomend it as a nice place to stay.

Got a Room with a Kitchen at the same price as a single Room. Room was nice and big, plenty of room. The only thing was the Room upstairs had kids that were running and jumbing making loud nosies. Just turned up the T.V.

Room was 7/10. The property directly in front was covered with cigarette butts mostly from. military guys, they should be ashamed of themselves. The restaurant needs some updating or something. Very friendly staff but food and ambience just doesn't cut it.

When we arrived we asked to see the room first. They denied our request. The place is an eye sore and the lobby had a weird ofor. Reason for our request to see the room. We simply walked out.
