"Hotel in a convenient location"
We chose this hotel based on the reviews on this site. The hotel is in a perfect location; it is literally 2 minutes away from the Yau Ma Tei MTR station. Our room did not come with a free smart phone, but we bought a data SIM card to use on our phone, which worked really well. The hotel also provides free wifi internet, and it was definitely sufficient. The room itself was on a smaller side, but the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was tiny, but We didn't mind. We literally spent all day every day out on the town and went back to our room just to crash at the end of the night. The hotel is right off of Nathan Road, but was surprisingly quiet. The only con was that the desk lamp in our room did not work. Looked like the light bulb had burned out a long time ago. We didn't bother calling the front desk because we didn't have a need to use the lamp.

"Convenient location "
The staff were very helpful and the location was convenient to most of the markets. The room was adequate but the bed was a bit hard for me and my husband and I rolled together in the middle. We found the use of the mobile phone very useful and the free shuttle bus was really great. Unfortunately we were not able to do some of the tourist things because of the typhoon.

"Celebrating a birthday!"
Our 5th stay at this new owner named Cordes at Langham Place in Mong Kok. We can't say enough how upscale and tremendously nice this place is. The Club staff is the finest in the hotel industry in Hong Kong. We're sure there are others but the level of service of our visits never waver. Our room was splendid and large withe a harbor view. They sent us a birthday cake for 4 people even it was just us two. Amazing. A special thanks to a Ms Lily on the Club Concierge. She is the best!

"Great location, that's about it"
The hotel kindly emailed me a couple of days prior to arrival to ask if I preferred higher floor or a more spacious room. I picked higher floor. Got the smallest (ever) room on the lowest floor. Why waste my time??? OK location. Reception staff too busy to smile.

"Good value hotel conveniently located for my busin"
My stay here was not one of my normal scheduled visits to Hong Kong. The hotel is conveniently located and good value. The room was spacious and reasonably well appointed.

"Great location and view"
The hotel was a great choice in terms of location. It is right at the edge of Kowloon, next to the Peninsula hotel. It is right in the busy tourist area of Tsim Sha Tsui, so you can do all your shopping and dining and just walk back to your calm hotel room in minutes. It is also a short walk to the subway station and the Harbour ferry terminal. So, it is easy to take the scenic ferry to the Hong Kong Island side, or take the subway to anywhere in Hong Kong. We had a Harbour view room, and the view was great. Because it was at the edge of the Kowloon, the view was mostly unobstructed. The BEST part of the hotel was the free phone that came with this room. This allows free unlimited local calls and unlimited data usage. I was a little miffed that the hotel did not provide free internet in the room (in this day and age, that is like having your bathroom out in the hall). But I was able to use the tethering function on the free phone, and thus was able to enjoy full internet access using my own phone, my wife's phone and my PC. We carried the phone around town in my bag, and had internet access on our own iPhones everywhere! Was a life saver finding certain restaurants and shops with Google Maps. Highly recommended. The only downside for most hotels (everywhere in the world really) is the old style toilets. We live in Japan, and our Toto toilet is about 10 times better than we find at most 5 star hotels. They really need to update.

"Fabulous view for visitors to Hong Kong. "
Nice staff, good services and facilities, although the in-room setup is a little bit out-of-date, comparing to many 5-star hotels in Mainland China. But it is still the most worthy of staying choice in Hong Kong, because of the greatest position to enjoy the Victoria Harbor view. From the room (harbor view room), you don't need to go outside (Star Road or something) to taking pictures. The entire seashore of the most beautiful part of HK island (from far east to Tin Hou, to far west to Sheung Wan) is just in front of your window. I can say it is the best position to enjoy the view, and although there is a Ritz Carlton in ICC tower, but that will just provide you with a different view, which can't replace the eye experience in InterContinental Hong Kong. My family loves that so much. If you brought your parents to HK, bring them here, don't look for excuse not doing so, if you could afford the cost. By the way, in-room Bose system provides you with a pleasant listening experience no matter the sound source is TV / portable music players (including phones, linked via AUX port).
