Oct 3, 2023 #### 10 Collingwood This is a very comfortable home with two Queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main floor, with a finished basement containing 3 beds and a pool table, and tv. The grounds are well manicured with a nice backyard with an outdoor shower for gathering. The kitchen is well stocked for home cooking. The location is excellent, within walking distance to groceries and restaurants, and an easy drive to the Dennis beaches and Yarmouth Port attractions. The house appeared to be updated recently and the neighborhood was perfect for a family staying. Our only issue was mildew found on 2 of the inside AC units. Restaurants and grocery stores were very close. Access to a beach was within minutes. The back yard was a perfect spot for hanging out in nice weather. The ONLY negative thing was that there was no heat in the basement where my son wanted to sleep. A space heater would have been a nice addition. But that’s not enough really to complain about. Jun 4, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Friends' reunion Very nice centrally located home with comfortable beds, new/newer appliances with what looks like all anyone would need for a nice stay, unfortunately it was cold during our stay so we couldn't take advantage of the well-appointed back yard. There were a few issues with only one that really affected us. The shower handle in the main bathroom would turn on its own and become quite hot. These didn't bother us, the sprinkler along the driveway didn't shut off so you had to work your way around it, or you'd get wet. The basement was cold, luckily, we didn't need use it. (Probably would feel really good in the summer.) Overall, we enjoyed this property and would not hesitate to stay again. ##### Richard B.
