When I had a problem with my flight time the hotel front desk tried their best to find a flight and accommodation option that best suited my travel schedule. The service took a bit of time to procure food but that is understandable as I personally ordered for room service at an odd hour. The facilities were clean and amenities (toothbrush with mini toothpaste) offered were a nice touch. A suggestion is that the Hotel provide a bit more variety of drinks and snacks in the mini bar area. Clean and functional but to describe it as “boutique” is an overstatement. Staff friendly and helpful. When I was there seemed very quiet with few other guests. The Link was great! The staff and front desk were all very helpful and professional. The manager even assisted me by making several phone calls when I couldn't complete them with my own iPhone.
