The wifi is ok, not great (but that is the case for most of my trip). The breakfast was ok but the spread is limited compared to other higher tourist areas. The bed and pillows are comfortable. There is hot water to shower. The rooftop pool is the highlight. Great to lounge in or in one of the chairs nearby. The location allows to walk to Shwedagon Pagoda along with a few others close by. It’s approx 2400kt ($2USD) to take a taxi downtown. Two days is all you need to have some time to enjoy the pool while seeing the highlights of Yangon. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family needs. The washing machine and dryer were a real bonus as we stayed during Thingyan and got soaked every day.
