Richmond Manor, a peaceful and spacious retreat nestled in the rolling hills of Oregon wine country, just minutes from the charming towns of Yamhill and Carlton. This custom four-bedroom, three-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and entertainment—making it an ideal escape for families, friends, or wine-tasting getaways. Step inside and you’ll immediately feel at home in the open-concept main living area. The chef’s kitchen, complete with quality appliances and ample counter space, flows seamlessly into the dining and living spaces—creating the perfect setting for shared meals and cozy conversations. Just beyond the great room, step out onto the expansive deck where stunning forest and valley views stretch out before you. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, an afternoon glass of wine, or an evening under the stars while soaking in the hot tub. Downstairs, the home transforms into an entertainment haven. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house. There is plenty of room for the family to spread out in this large home. Many of our group enjoyed the amazing basement game room. The back deck off the main level was inviting with a BBQ and comfortable seating. The kitchen was well appointed for our needs. The beautiful home is remote with the last leg of the drive there being1.5-3.5 miles (depending on which direction you are coming from) of well maintained gravel road. We enjoyed viewing the lovely countryside on our drive to it. We would advise stocking up on needed groceries beforehand as it isn't a "hop, skip & jump" to the nearest small market in Carlton. We had a great time with our multi-generational group.
