holiday property for a one night or one month stay.

\- A basic starter pack (toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc.) is provided for your initial needs, but for longer stays, additional supplies are recommended.   
 \- Small dogs are permitted inside. No backyard. When booking, you must put down breed of dog in the special requests section. Guests are responsible for pets actions and additional charges will apply if property is left excessively dirty or damaged.

Situated in a central location, providing an equally measured stroll to the white sands of Pippi\`s Beach or Yamba\`s main street where you can indulge in a variety of restaurants, trendy cafes or browse Yamba\`s boutique shops. Pippi Beach offers pet lovers a dog friendly beach spanning from the southern end of the beach along to flat rock and beyond. Your furry friend will never want to leave Yamba.

Old dump . clean. broken door and light bulbs blown . Ugly dwelling. Photos of house must have been taken years ago Yamba shuts down at 6pm EST. Hard to find anywhere for coffee or food. Reminds me of Melbourne in the 70s

#### Basic place in great location

Great location in between town and pippies beach. The unit is very basic but functional. Had a top loader washing machine, no dishwasher, only one air conditioner at the front of the property so the bedrooms were hot! Shower is in the laundry which is fine. Main issue was the toilet smelt like a rank men’s public toilet despite every effort to clean it. Had to keep the door shut at all times. Needs to be fixed!
