Freshly redecorated and fully equipped with many new appliances, furnishings and kitchen equipment, the owner has paid attention to the little details that make a difference. So many guests agree, they have already re-booked for their holiday next year! Situated in the highly sought after Peninsula Court complex this absolute riverfront unit enjoys breathtaking water views with no shortage of visiting pelicans. Positioned for a sunny north to water aspect you can enjoy the morning and afternoon sunshine all year round when staying here. Communal facilities include a sun soaked pool for all the family and a convenient pontoon for mooring your boat. Imagine the enjoyment of waking up each morning and just jumping in your boat, releasing a few knots and heading off for another day of fishing. Open plan living allows you to enjoy the river views, whether relaxing on the lounge or eating a meal together with ceiling fans adding to the cooling air flowing through from the patio. A well equipped kitchen overlooking the river provides everything you need for cooking your meals or alternatively you can sit on the deck to enjoy the sunset and use the BBQ to cook the catch of the day! Two spacious bedrooms provide ample room for a family or two couples to share - with the added advantage of having two bathrooms. The property is not suitable for 5 adults. The airy master bedroom is cooled by a ceiling fan and has its own en suite and walk through robe, whilst the second bedroom has a tri-bed. Your laundry is equipped with a top loading washing machine and for your convenience there is a clothes dryer in the garage in case of a rainy day. Access to the second bathroom, featuring a shower, basin and toilet is from the laundry. Parking for your car and boat at this unit is a breeze being one of few in the complex to have a single lock up garage as well as communal onsite spaces.
