Renovation scheduled for 2026 – current rates reflect the property’s age. While the space is comfortable, it is not yet newly updated, making it a great-value option for those who prefer location and atmosphere over luxury finishes.  
  
Please note there can be noise from bands and passers by.  
  
In the heart of the Food Hub & opposite the iconic Pacific Hotel and ocean.  
  
Fresh linens and one glance out the window for a sneak peak of Lovers Point and one out the other to check what's on the menu at the cafe strip.
