### Villa Atlantica - Private Heated Pool - Playa Blanca

Between the natural monument of Los Ajaches and Playa Blanca, you will find this spectacular villa with sea views, private heated pool and barbecue, ideal for families, couples and groups of friends; a few minutes from the beaches of the south of Lanzarote.  
 It has a large outdoor area with a private heated pool, comfortable garden furniture and beautiful pergolas where you can relax outdoors and sunbathe while enjoying the summer atmosphere of the island all year round.  
 The villa is also ideal for teleworking if you need it, as it has a 600Mbps fiber internet connection, and high-speed Wi-Fi coverage in all rooms, including the pool and barbecue areas.  
At Villa Atlantica we have taken care of every last detail so that you have an unforgettable vacation.  
 With capacity for 5 people, it has two large bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the second with two single beds, both with built-in wardrobes. It has a sofa bed in a separate room with views of the sea and the port of Marina Rubicón. All of the rooms have silent ceiling fans to ensure cool nights on the hottest days. It has two bathrooms with a shower, a large living room with wide smart TV, air conditioning and access to the large terrace that borders the entire house, a fully equipped independent kitchen with all appliances and private parking.
