BBQ Large 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Villa situated in a quite residential area of Montana Roja, Playa Blanca, within easy walking distance to Playa Blanca Town Center where you will find a great selection of shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. The private garden and large heated pool 9x4.5 with a depth of 1.8 the area is perfect to relax and enjoy the sunshine, there is a shallow pool ideal for small children and babies to splash around in. The large patio area is complete with a BBQ, dining table and chairs positioned under a pergola. Villa Ocaso sleeps 8 people, downstairs is a large double bedroom, en-suite shower, patio doors leading onto the terrace area, bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom, 2nd shower room/wc. Upstairs is another large double bedroom with patio doors leading onto the balcony, a second twin bedroom, shared bathroom with full sized bath and overhead shower. Excentrée du centre ville de playa Blanca mais pas trop… très calme (juin) la maison est propre avec toutes les commoditées, la piscine également, avec le passage du personnel qui l’entretient… je recommande vivement cette location. Le centre vile de Playa Blanca est à moins de 15 minutes (en y allant tranquillement) et environnement calme. Communication avec les propriétaires simple et efficace. Séjour de 7 nuits en octobre 2021 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### jean claude z. 16 août 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Villa qui pourrait être très agréable sans certains inconvénients majeurs La maison pourrait être très agréable mais il y a des prestations qui mériteraient d'être remis au gout du jour comme les canapés du séjour d'un autre âge très inconfortables à mon goût et la machine à café (pas d'expresso tant pis) mais si vous n'êtes pas très exigeants ça passe. En revanche il y a plusieurs inconvénients majeurs qui pèsent sur le séjour. Le premier est l'absence de volets dans les chambres parentales !!! (hormis une petite chambre d'enfant au premier) Réveil aux aurores assuré, inadmissible. Le second concerne la piscine (pas la piscine en elle même) mais ce qui s'y rattache : pourquoi la douche extèrieure ne fonctionne t-elle pas ? mais surtout attention au carrelage situé tout autour qui devient très glissant une fois mouillé (pas top si vous avez des enfants qui courent). Prenez soin de vérifier si des travaux sont en cours dans les maisons avoisinantes car même au mois d'août ça travaille sur les chantiers et les bruits de disqueuse au petit matin et dans la journée ce n'est pas terrible. Le portail extèrieur n'est pas en bon état et la poignée est bloquée, pas pratique au quotidien pour rentrer la voiture. Dommage peut mieux faire. ##### jean claude z. The villa was a good size with nice outdoor space. It was clean when we arrived. The pool was well heated. Séjour de 6 nuits en octobre 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Philipp T. 25 sept. 2025 Points forts : Propreté The pool is just perfect - 10/10\. Quite big, in a good condition, regular maintenance. I recommend the heating, it's just the little extra that makes the temperature more comfortable, regardless of the outdoor temperature.The house itself is spacious and very clean. It could use some updating (eg the TV receiver crashes sometimes, the flush sometimes gets stuck etc). Kitchen is relatively new, although we were surprised that there was no peeler. Overall, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The garden is nice an spacious, too. When we arrived, there were many cockroaches in the garden. They live the residential areas, it's not unusual. The fumigation could only be performed on the day of our departure. We had no experience with cockroaches, so there are a few things that should have been explained. For example, it's essential to be very strict with opening doors/windows in the evening as you need to be careful to avoid them entering. The anti bug sprays are to be applied on the floor - if they get in touch with the area, they will die after a few hours (it works well). It was also a bit odd that although checkout is at 10, cleaners already come at 9 - would be better to either start cleaning at 10 or tell guests to leave at 9\. Nevertheless, communication with the property manager was generally fast and efficient. ##### Philipp T. Great communication with host. The amazing Jodie made accommodations for us to store luggage and return left property. The villa its self was everything we needed with a wonderful pool and great location to the water park and town Center which we walked to daily. The pool was a real draw a great size and didn't need the heating. The bedrooms were all comfortable and I would say the only negative was the lack of air conditioning. The property hosts were really on the ball, as when we spoke to them they promptly delivered more fans, which kept the bedrooms cool. The villa is fine but generally feels a bit tired and dated. Easy 20 minute walk to the centre of Playa Blanca, supermarkets and the beach. Property management was responsive with someone coming out to replace shower heads within the hour. Amazing villa, really roomy for the four of us. Would still be comfortable with 8\. We hired a car as wanted to see the Island, but no need really. A 20 minute walk into the town, 5 euro in a taxi. The villa is very spacious and clean, albeit is a little tired in places (like bathrooms). Kitchen facilities were fantastic and had everything to prep wholesome family meals.The biggest highlight was the pool. Our three kids lived in it for 7 days and we paid extra to have it heated (definitely recommended). Location wise it is okay. It’s about 1mile walk down to the harbour or a 5 taxi. Similarly the closest supermarket is Lidl which is about a 1 mile walk. In hindsight, renting a car would have perhaps been better (particularly for older people)… but we still absolutely loved our stay and would come back again. Highly recommended. ##### Jonathan J.
