Its location is ideal for enjoying the seafront promenade, restaurants, shops, beaches and all the services in the area. The property occupies the upper floor and stands out for its modern style and a spectacular balcony with views of the sea and Fuerteventura, a perfect space to relax and enjoy the sun and landscape. Space and Distribution Casa Lola has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, all equipped with air conditioning. It has two bathrooms with shower, equipped with hair dryer, magnifying mirror and high-quality amenities, such as gel/shampoo dispensers and moisturising lotion. The living room offers a comfortable and bright atmosphere with sea views. The kitchen, integrated with the dining area, is fully equipped for short or extended stays. The spacious furnished balcony becomes one of the most special corners of the house, ideal for breakfast, relaxing, or enjoying the sunset. The patio has an awning that can be opened and closed as needed. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the security system keeps the awning closed.
