Dog Friendly! Fireplace! Just south of the cute, artsy town of Yachats and 15 minutes to Florence, this gorgeous gem of a beach home sits located on almost an acre of land with a vast ocean to the west and a river in the back. Intentionally designed with organic materials and a minimalist, soothing palette, this home can sleep up to eight people on all brand new memory foam beds. Relaxation and outdoor adventure await, as this eco-friendly home is situated among the trees with unobstructed views of Stonefield Beach, as well as a temperate rainforest backyard. Hand-cut wood beams, large picture frame windows and a massive hand-stacked rock fireplace are the crowning elements of the large, open living room. The open kitchen is beautifully designed with sold hickory cabinetry, quartz waterfall countertops, a farmhouse sink and brand new, modern appliances. There are two large bedrooms and a loft. Downstairs features a bedroom with a bathroom across the hall. Upstairs you will find a loft sleeping space (with a king bed that can be split into two twins) and a queen bed along with a romantic primary suite with ocean views, skylights and an on-suite bathroom with a custom walk-in shower. All bathrooms are beautifully tiled with Carrara marble floors, solid hickory vanities and new fixtures. An attached sunroom with large windows and terra cotta tile houses a new washer and dryer for ease of stay and daily adventuring. Outside, there is a spacious yard, at almost an acre, ideal for fun and gathering. Large, meadow-like grassy areas are perfect for playing giant Jenga, bocce ball and soccer! A large platform deck and covered pergola are nestled against Mill Creek, which flows into the Pacific Ocean. Here you will find a large picnic table, BBQ and chaise lounges for hours of enjoyment making memories with family and friends. Excellend beach access across the highway to Stonefield Beach, which is coveted by the locals for agates, jasper and petrified wood. This picturesque beach home is the perfect place to stay and explore all of the beautiful aspects of the central Oregon coast and a perfect retreat for the individual, couple, family, artist, or multi-family/firend group looking for peace, beauty and tranquility along the coast. Need extra space? Add the Surf Perch studio apartment, sleeps two additional guests, located above the garage next to the Stonefield Beach House. This beautiful studio is a luxurious addition to the Stonefield Beach House and is private but part of the same property. \*Stonefield Beach House has a free EV Charging station so that you can charge at your destination- not on the highway - making this destination a home away from home for you and your EV. Sleeps up to 8 - 3 Bedrooms, 3 King, 1 Queen (1 king can be split into 2 twins with 72 hour prior notice); 2 baths. Daily walks on Stonefield Beach were amazing and different every day. This house is amazing. Clean, open, comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and an enjoyable space to spend time together. The outdoor space is as incredible as the house. We also actually really enjoyed having our cell phones not work and having to communicate with those who needed us by text or email. This was the best thing about the house-Fabulous location- 20 mins from Yachtas and 30 mins from Florence- No lamp shades- window shades broken- And toilet seat on first floor totally broken. And door lock screwed up! Communication and customer service when we got there could of been much better. But our overall stay was very nice and we enjoyed it. We'd definitely stay here again if these things were corrected. Oh other rental next to us was very loud and screaming outside in driveway very late at night at midnight which was disturbing with lights blaring in our windows and automatic lights going on n off. ##### Holly R. We stayed at this property and vacated early due to the lack of running water at the faucet and a dire need for morning coffee. Once we were back at home I wrote Sweet Homes (the company hosting this rental) and was told "As of late we have not had any issues with the water, in the event we do our maintenance team is very quick to respond." However, there is no phone service there. The wi-fi did not support my laptop's connection. There is a lovely fireplace, but the closest firewood is a 15 minute drive to town. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property. I do have a few suggestions however. There were no towel racks in either of the bathrooms which could be easily installed so guests do not have to hang wet towel over chairs or whatever. Also in the upstairs bathroom there was no indoor handle to get out of the bathroom which was incredibly weird. It was difficult to get out of the bathroom, This is probably mostly my fault for not reading the property description carefully enough but they also should have a washer and dryer on the property (which I assumed would be there). The nearest laundromat was 20 miles which was rather inconvenient. There are two caveats to this. The first is cell coverage which is fine as long as there is power which there wasn’t during our first morning there. Not the property’s fault, but it did cut us off completely from our family which was on the road and trying to find us. The second issue was that the well pump shut off twice on two separate nights, leaving us without water for about 10 hours each time.
