### Appartement en bord de mer avec piscine. Vue à couper le souffle !

Bel appartement meublé avec vue mer panoramique, piscine et grande terrasse – à 2 km de Derveni, à Lygia (Corinthie)  
Situé au troisième étage d’un agréable complexe avec piscine, cet appartement lumineux offre une vue spectaculaire sur la mer, de Derveni jusqu’à Stomio. Il dispose d’une vaste terrasse de 60 m², équipée d’un salon de jardin en bois, d’une table à manger et d’un barbecue intégré, parfaite pour profiter des beaux jours. Deux balcons supplémentaires donnent également sur la mer et la piscine.  
Le séjour, climatisé, est spacieux et chaleureux avec une cheminée, deux grands canapés convertibles et une salle à manger. La cuisine ouverte est entièrement équipée (four, plaques électriques, réfrigérateur, lave-linge).  
L’appartement comprend deux chambres climatisées : l’une avec un lit double, l’autre avec deux lits simples. Chacune dispose de grands placards et donne sur un balcon. Un petit lit pour enfant avec barrières est disponible sur demande.  
À disposition : une place de parking extérieure privée et un espace de rangement.  
La plage de galets, calme et idyllique, se trouve juste en face du complexe.  
Parfait pour les familles avec jeunes enfants, ou toute personne cherchant détente et vue imprenable en bord de mer
