In particular receptionist #1 (we don't remember his name - really sorry) was exceptionally helpful at any time! Breakfast is chinese only, which is alright. As an unexpected surprise we got a little snack every afternoon served to our room. Surroundings are not exciting with the exception of the mall, that's accessible from the lobby - the supermarket has all kinds of exotic goods.
