The location is fantastic—I could walk to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang Everbright City. There’s also a mall next door with plenty of food and drink options. The hotel room is well-equipped, and the in-unit all-in-one washer/dryer is a great convenience. The walk-in shower and separate bathtub add to the comfort. Since a room key is required for the elevator, I felt safe leaving my electronics in the room while exploring the city. All the staff members were courteous and helpful, greeting me every time they saw me. What a thoughtfully-equipped, spacious and pleasant place to stay, with lovely staff, too. (After asking for soy milk during our first breakfast, I was brought some every morning without even having to ask, for example). The breakfast buffet offerings varied every day, the gym and pool are pleasant (even if there could be more machines in the gym), and the location was very convenient for us. Very good value, and easily our favourite aparthotel on our 3-week trip of China! Upon arrival we were upgraded, for free, to a very large apartment/lobby that was much better than the one we had booked. The apartment was very large, spotlessly clean, very well furnished, comfortable and with all the necessary facilities. Service desk was very attentive and friendly. The location is also very good, even if Xi'an is a large city. We were some 10-15 mins by taxi from the centre of town - the Drum Tower and Muslim Area, and yet with plenty of very good options to eat around. Very good value. Staff was helpful. Food choice of breakfast was quite limited. Nice gym with yoga studio. Didn't try the pool as water was too cold but it looked good with reasonable size. The property does not have restaurants, other than the lounge serving breakfast but there are quite a number of F&B outlets at the shopping centre just next to the property. Another hotel with a good Chinese restaurant was only across the road and you could be there by less than 10 minutes on foot.
