They were friendly, and helpful whenever you needed them. The location is also ideal, with easy access to virtually everything you would want to see within the city walls. The room was OK, but the bed was very uncomfortable, with only a very thin yoga mat style mattress on a wooden bed. The staff is helpful in providing us transports information. They also helped us book the tickets of the show at Huaqing Palace.
