Generally, this hotel is very clean and very new with quirky perks. Room is comfortable, but I had problem with the mattress, which was too hard for me. The only issue we experienced was that the staff in this hotel doesn't speak English at all? I thought this hotel receives foreign customers so they must speak some English? My bf is English and he found it rather difficult to communicate with the hotel staff asking for help! This new property is beautiful, and it clearly befits the JW Brand. Its location is also very good. There is a big mall next door, and the metro is a 5-minute walk that can conveniently take you anywhere in the city. The staff here are truly exceptional. Every staff member that I have met and has been very friendly and helpful. I will just mention a few examples: 1\. Eddie from the front desk always went beyond his duty to help me navigate to certain locations by writing instructions so that don’t get lost. 2\. Jenny from the JW Kitchen . Very morning made me feel welcome and no request during breakfast was too hard. 3\. Lilly, Demi. And Nana from the executive lounge . All 3 ladies willing to go beyond their duty To help and show genuine interest in how your day has been I nearly forgot to mention that the the food provided in the lounge during happy hour is excellent. It's a buffet dinner.
