Front desk service is no t as good as other 5 star hotels, I guess is because too many people check-ins due to marathon. The pool and gym are spotlessly clean and very well maintained. They call themselves international but not one of their staff speaks decent English. They got my an unopened bottle and I had to call 5 different numbers to explain that I'd like a bottle opener to open the bottle. The hotel is great in general. Solid 5 stars. Service is excellent. They upgraded me to an oceanview room. Great view from the room. Excellent pool. Recently, the new entertainment complex has been added to the hotel (lounge and restaurants). Beautiful grounds. A few shopping malls are nearby (5 min walk). However, right now the hotel is under renovation, so there are some inconveniences (e.g. construction noise during night). Hopefully, it is temporary. ##### Guennadi
