Its prime location is also highlighted by the fact that nursing home for retired government officials is situated a couple blocks away. The services in general exceeded my expectations. Staffs are very attentive and caring. Breakfast was good (mostly Chinese food though). My room seemed well maintained. Free shuttle from/to the ferry is also available upon request. A couple of downsides are that the building & facilities are a bit old and that the staffs don't speak English with the exception of 1 or 2\.
