I always chose this motel when in need for a place in Wytheville. The staff makes things so easy when I stop in & they give me everything I need in a timely manner . I really do not choose any other place when I am in Wytheville.

Reserved a smoking room got there was informed no smoking was available they were not supposed be renting rooms because the electric was needing upgraded

I know they just reopened & are working to make up to standards! For an overnight stay it was within a good price range, clean & convenient to 81& restaurants!!

Poor condition
The floor in the bathroom was in failure. The tile was dangerous to foot traffic. The ceiling was falling down near the sink area.

Nightmare
We were driving back from new orleans and we had to stop and rest up before we drove to Massachusetts the first room had bugs and hair all over the floor the shower curtain pole was broken so I went to the clerk and asked for a different room we did get changed room but the new room the door did not lock so we had to put a chair in front of the door not worth the price.

We did not stay, it was filthy. Graffiti all over the room and the bedding was very dingy and stained. The staff at the office were very nice and helpful. Gave a full refund.

Actually I liked nothing at all regarding this property! I had a reservation for a discounted price if paid in cash which I did for over double for what I was told! No room service or clean towels for the second night! Just a joke! Terrible!

Property is filthy, pool empty and will never be used due to condition. No cups in room, no Kleenex. All repairs to interior of room done poorly, and several areas need to be redone.

I would have never stayed here for an extended stay or with my family but it fit the bill for this night. I paid $38 and I got a decent night of rest and I got a good hot shower and I was back on the road. I got my money's worth, that's all you can ask

The hotel is falling apart, the first room they sent me to was not cleaned, the second one had no TP and hair on the pillow case. And the guy at the front desk was not wearing shoes—only socks.

The place is out dated and run down. The room furniture was old and the permanent bedside stands were hanging from the wall, both of them. The floor felt and sounded like plastic. The bedding was clean as were the towels

Lights over bathroom sink were broken. (Not burnt out). How can you get ready n the morning without light over the sink and mirror? Toilet and bathtub didn’t appear to have been cleaned. Everything was in shabby shape. The only plus was that the bed linens did appear to be clean and in good shape

There were dead bugs on the floors of the room, the bedside table fell off the wall, the bathroom ceiling fan fell off the ceiling (leaving a pile of dead bugs)

Just your standard low end hotel BUT a good stay and awesome staff. A few updates to rooms would be good but it was a good place and I recommend for a few days or a night over.

Very old place that could use a lot of TLC! I asked for a room in a quiet area, and was placed in a very noisy, and busy area. The beds were comfortable but that's the only good thing I can think of saying about my stay. If you've been traveling for 16 hours as I had that day, stay elsewhere!

1st room dirty, only 2 hand towels in room, 2nd missed garbage on floor, shower tub drain higher than tub bottom so water collected in tub while showering. Both rooms had dirty blankets on beds.

It's definitely disgusting. Really not good, but I feel like folks know that when they get a room there. If you go in expecting it to be dirty and are only staying the night, then you can enjoy the cheap rate.
