"Overall the maintenance of this house was extremely poor. I would not recommend it for families or those with young kids. It is probably great for a frat party as they will not care what you do to this home given that it is already mostly trashed.It was definitely not worth the price point.More than half of the days we did not have hot water.There was a rat in the kitchen on our second to last day. "We spent a long weekend fishing and golfing around the Lake Ariel area. The house has everything you need and plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. The lake front was amazing with a dock, firepit and a wonderful deck over looking the water. Its also a very private location. Would recommend and hope to stay here again in the future. "
