Love the rooftop pool and spa! I was looking forward to using the sauna but unfortunately it was close for reno. The floor of the room we stayed in were squeaking and that kinda ruin my night, so not a good one of you’re a light sleeper. Staff are very friendly especially Anita who went far and beyond with my requests of room change although that didn’t happen but i can see how sincere she was with trying to help me. Overall i would stay again but would request a different room in the newer tower.

We stayed one night in a Tower Room (very very nice!) and two nights in a Hotel Room (nice, but the shower had such low water pressure - on 7th floor - it was difficult to rinse. We appreciated having the small kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The hotel is located near the harbor and also the Sky Tower, both of which we enjoyed.
