Beds were good, view was great. We were greeted by a few cockatoo on the deck. Also a magpie. We saw a couple kangaroos in a neighbor’s yard. Beach access and nice pub in walking distance. You have to climb a steep hill-easy for us (55 and 60 years old) but something to consider if walking is a problem. Beach is very nice. The views from the huge deck are so good I could sit out there all day. The kitchen was well stocked (except garbage bags - we only found one) and there was a huge array of DVDs and books. A few things that might require attention - the ensuite shower has a small leak in the corner near the door, We could only use the TV on the first night as the reception was very "glitchy:/ not good the second two nights - this may be weather or antenna?
