The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view of the forests from the property and its quiet location at the edge of the forest. Available for use: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. Lawn for badminton and football. **Holiday resort** WiFi and mobile networks unfortunately only available to a limited extent! **Location** Wutha-Farnroda, district Mosbach, 280 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 280 sqm enclosed property, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Please note that from 2023 to 2025 road construction work will take place in the area, which can be heard in the building to some extent, usually on weekdays between 7 am and 4 pm.
