The staff could hardly speak English so it was impossible to get the right room. We tried to order some food through the room service but at 23:00 the service was not available and all the restaurants and bars in the hotel were shut. The swimming pool was not great either. I spent more to book a king bed room, but the room was not available when I checked in because they over-rented out their king rooms. I was offered a twin room but they offered to change me to a king bed the next day. On the following day, I changed to the king bed room. The room was warm and it was obvious that the AC was not functioning properly in room 3318\. When the technician came, his advice was to open the window until I decide to go to sleep. Note that the hotel was still serving cold AC and not yet switched to heating mode. The more ridiculous thing is that when I was sending him out, the air in the corridor was much cooler than my room (supposed to be set at 16degrees Celsius with max wind speed). He suggested if I wanted to keep my main door open.
