The check in was awful the woman receptionist ( although theres no actual reception) was awful, she didnt say hellp, please or Thankyou her attitude was awful you cannot greet guests this way.
The room given was a disabled room everything too low toilet had no toilet seat, the bathroom itself was awful i went to supermarket and brought cleaning products and air freshners the mould in the room and bathroom was awful
This could be a great hotel if a litte work was done painting and decorating, the bar staff were really friendly though and room could have been better if it was not disabled access.. Ive stayed in over 500 hotels in the world and my reviews are based on honest experience, 2/10. Really requires staff who know how to address guests and smile it costs nothing to smile and be polite
