Welcome to a charming apartment located in the heart of the city, in a historic tenement house. The place combines the elegance of art deco style with modern comfort.  
Guests have at their disposal two cozy bedrooms, a bright living room with large windows, a separate, fully equipped kitchen (with a coffee machine), as well as a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.  
The proximity of the river, restaurants, cafes and the main attractions of the city makes this place perfect for both a weekend getaway and a longer stay.  
The space  
Live in an elegant apartment with a soul, where art deco style meets the warmth of natural wood and the comfort of modern solutions. Every detail of the interior tells its own story – from classic decorations to tasteful accessories that create an atmosphere of peace and sophistication.  
  
Two spacious bedrooms, a romantic living room with large windows, a bathroom with a bathtub perfect for relaxation, a comfortable dressing room and a spacious hallway that makes an impression from the very beginning. This place is made for relaxation – for a weekend for two, a family trip or a longer stay in the heart of Wrocław.  
  
The apartment is located in Śródmieście, a 15-minute walk from Wrocław's Market Square, 10 minutes from the beautiful Ostrów Tumski, or 10 minutes from the flourishing, party beach area by the Oder River. There are plenty of parking spaces available for guests and residents of the tenement house. There's a first-come, first-serve rule. There is also a city parking lot along the street, paid according to the city rate.  
  
The apartment is located in zone A, in the Old Town. In the downtown paid parking zone in area A\*: Paid parking is valid 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm  
\- 7.00 PLN for the first hour of parking;  
\- 7.30 PLN for the second hour of parking;  
\- PLN 7.70 for the third hour of parking;  
\- 7.00 PLN for the fourth and each subsequent hour of parking.
