This modern and cozily furnished apartment is designed for four people. The unit has a furnished balcony overlooking the green surroundings, where there is a table along with chairs and a lounger. The interior design is stylish and elegant - it is dominated by wooden elements, as well as soft shades of beige and blue. In the living room you can enjoy a double sofa bed and a television with access to cable channels, where you can relax in the evenings. The room is also furnished with a table, and right next to the kitchenette is a dining table with four chairs. Meals can be prepared with appliances such as an oven, microwave, kettle and induction hob. There is also a roomy closet ideal for storing clothes or handy trinkets. The bedroom accommodates two comfortable single beds. The bathroom offers a shower, a washing machine, a welcome toiletries set, towels and a hair dryer. This is the perfect place to relax, whether for short trips or long-term stays.

This modern building is located in a quiet neighborhood, so it has a friendly and intimate atmosphere to offer guests. It is a perfect place to relax for parents traveling with their children, couples, as well as groups of friends and acquaintances. The grocery store is just a minute's walk away, allowing for convenient and quick shopping. There is an atmospheric cafe in the building, so you don't have to go far to have a nice time. The nearest restaurant is only a 2-minute walk away, and you can find a children's play space within a 4-minute walk. It only takes 7 minutes to reach the park on foot, and it takes only 12 minutes to reach the outdoor gym. It takes less than a quarter of an hour to reach the shopping center, and 18 minutes by car to the city's market with its beautiful architecture. It takes half an hour to get to the airport, and 7 minutes to get on foot to the railway station. Outdoor enthusiasts can reach a water park in 6 minutes and a bowling alley and tennis court in 11-13. Motorized guests have an outdoor parking space located next to the building.
