This cosy apartment has an area of 45.70 m² and has the capacity to accommodate 4 people. The layout of the rooms includes a living room, a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a balcony. The interior is bright, spacious and functionally designed, meeting all the needs of guests. The apartment captivates with its modern yet cosy décor, which creates a homely atmosphere. Air-conditioned living room with stylishly selected accessories that blend with the exposed brick wall gives a unique character. The green, soft sofa with sleeping function allows you to relax and unwind in pleasant surroundings. The balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh air, adds extra charm. The apartment is located in a modern development at 190A Jedności Narodowej Street. A terrace on the roof of the building is available for guests, from which an amazing panorama of the city unfolds. In the neighbourhood there are many green areas prepared for walkers - the distance to the boulevards with walking paths on the Old Oder River is about 500 m. The location is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the crowds of tourists, while allowing you to enjoy the attractions offered by Wrocław. The neighbourhood is well connected to the rest of the city. The tram and bus stop is approximately 290 m away. The Main Market Square, with its historic townhouses, can be reached by car in 12 minutes. The widely developed retail and service infrastructure contributes significantly to the comfort of your stay. In the area, there is the 4 Seasons restaurant (550 m) and the Beer Loft (180 m). For grocery shopping, you can go to the Auchan shop 120 m away. The main railway station is 3.5 km away and the airport is 14.2 km away.
