The Space:  
This traditional and atmospheric apartment is designed for four people. It is located on the sixth floor, so that the furnished balcony, which can be accessed from the bedroom, overlooks the peaceful and friendly neighborhood and the cityscape. In the cozy living room stands a dark gray double sofa bed, where you can sit down in the evenings to relax with your favorite programs on terrestrial television. The room is also furnished with a comfortable cream-colored armchair, a dining table with chairs and cabinets for handy trinkets. Meals can be prepared easily and quickly in the functionally furnished kitchenette with such appliances as a gas stove, oven, microwave, washing machine and electric kettle. The apartment has one intimate bedroom, which houses a large and comfortable double bed and a capacious closet ideal for storing your brought belongings. In the bathroom, a welcome toiletries set with towels, a hairdryer and a bathtub await guests, perfect for those who appreciate evening relaxation after a day's activities. The decor is dominated by shades of gray, black and white, making the arrangement subdued and stylish. There is also no lack of wooden accents, which take care of the friendly atmosphere in the interior.

This atmospheric and colorful building is located in a quiet neighborhood. There are free public parking spaces located along the property for motorized guests. The property is located near a charming pond and park - it takes just 7 minutes to get there on foot and enjoy the picturesque scenery. Parents traveling with their kids can find several play spaces for children within a 3-8 minute walk. The close proximity of grocery stores a 5-8 minute walk from the building provides convenience for daily shopping. In 3-6 minutes you can walk to four nearby restaurants, where you can enjoy delicious dishes from a variety of places around the world. For shopping enthusiasts, it only takes 9 minutes to reach the shopping center on foot. It takes only a quarter of an hour to reach the airport by car, and only 17-25 minutes to reach the city's market square with its beautiful architecture, water park, bowling alley and railway station. In turn, the tennis court and outdoor gym can be reached in 3-4 minutes. This is an excellent place for parents with children, couples and groups of friends. Both lovers of greenery and intimate atmosphere and lovers of active recreation can decide to stay here for a short or long time.
