This luxury apartment is designed for four people. The property is an excellent choice for parents traveling with children, as well as groups of friends or couples. The stylish decor is kept in cozy beige tones, and tasteful accents in noble dark red take care of the variety of the arrangement. The air-conditioned living room has a bright double sofa bed, a television, a dining table with chairs and a table. In the evenings, you can relax here while watching your favorite programs on cable channels. Preparing meals is quick and easy thanks to a functionally equipped kitchenette with appliances such as an oven, microwave, induction hob, capsule coffee machine and electric kettle. The elegant bedroom offers a large and comfortable double bed, a capacious closet ideal for storing belongings brought in and two cabinets for handy trinkets. In the bathroom, a welcome toiletries kit with towels, hairdryer, shower and washing machine await visitors. Lovers of outdoor relaxation can step out of the living room onto a furnished balcony with a table and two garden chairs. The property is just a minute's walk from the shopping center, providing convenience for daily shopping. The nearest restaurants are a 2-4-minute walk from the building, as is a coffee shop. The railway station can be reached in 9 minutes. It takes 22 minutes to get to the airport, and a car route to the water park, bowling alley and tennis court takes 6-12 minutes. This is a great location for both short and long stays. Points forts : Propreté

Schöne Wohnung, sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Leider hat die Spülmaschine nicht funktioniert und die Agentur hat auch nach der zweiten E-Mail nicht reagiert. Auf dem Balkon leider Aschenbecherreste vom Vormieter. Leider befindet sich das Haus noch im Bau, was bedeutet, dass unter der Woche ab 7 Uhr teilweise so ein Krach war, dass man sich kaum in der Wohnung aufhalten konnte. Wird hoffentlich bald besser.
