NEIGHBOURHOOD AND BUILDING DESCRIPTION:   
  
The building is located in a modern residential complex situated close to the river, as well as the bridge, from where you can enjoy great views. The place is lively in summer, with plenty of beach bars and good restaurants in the area. It is the perfect place to relax for those who appreciate easy access to the many attractions. There are bike racks at the entrance to the building and free outdoor parking spaces are also located within the development. A public library with a children's corner is located nearby. The nearest shop for essential groceries is just a 3-minute walk from the property. In a building located diagonally across from the property, a gym and a chill-out area are available for visitors. There is no shortage of public transport stops in the area - the spot is well connected to other parts of the city, with the nearest tram stop just two minutes away. It takes only 10 minutes by car to reach the market or the nearby shopping centre. Two children's playgrounds are available on the premises.   
  
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:   
  
With an area of as much as 86,76 m², this spacious apartment offers accommodation for 8 people, so that the whole family or a group of friends can stay there. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette and 2 bathrooms - both with bath and shower. The modern, thoughtful décor and furniture, translate into the pleasure of staying in the apartment, giving a feeling of luxury. Air conditioning is installed in the living room, taking care of comfort and the right temperature. From the balcony belonging to the room, there is a beautiful view from the 8th floor on the panorama of Wrocław with the Old Oder River and Warsaw Bridges. These advantages are complemented by a wide range of amenities, from multimedia - free high-speed Wi-Fi, or a TV with access to Smart TV; to household appliances such as a microwave oven, coffee makers (pour-over and capsule) or a dishwasher, which will certainly come in handy for preparing home meals. The washing machine, which is available, is particularly useful during long stays. Another amenity is the sizable dressing room, located in one of the bedrooms. One of the apartment's assets is the affiliation of two garage spaces, available at the reservation price.
