This stylish 50,32 m² apartment is ideal for families, groups of friends and business travellers. The spacious interiors are characterised by modern elegance, functionality and attention to detail. Thoughtful colour schemes and minimalist forms create an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The bright living room with access to the balcony is the ideal place to relax and socialise. A comfortable sofa with sleeping function, a Smart TV with access to streaming platforms and air conditioning ensure a comfortable rest. The kitchenette is fully equipped with modern appliances such as an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, capsule coffee maker and electric kettle, allowing you to prepare a variety of meals. Each bedroom is a cosy space that promotes relaxation and recovery. One of the rooms has a comfortable double bed and a desk with chair, providing a comfortable place to work or study in front of the computer. The second bedroom has a sofa bed, a table and a capacious wardrobe. The bathroom with bathtub is equipped with a washing machine and a hairdryer. The Neighborhood:  
The neighbourhood of the apartment at 75A Białowieska Street in Wrocław offers convenient connections to the city centre and access to local amenities. The location provides a starting point for exploring Wrocław, as well as enjoying the green spaces along the Oder River. Getting to the Market Square, the heart of the city, takes around 16 minutes by car. Everyday shopping can be done at the ‘Sami Swoi Delikatesy’ supermarket, located just 94 metres from the site, or at Biedronka, a little further away. Public transport is well developed, making it easy to get around the city. The bus and tram stops ‘Port Popowice’ are located 350 and 270 metres from the property respectively. Wrocław Popowice railway station, 1.1 km away, provides connections to other parts of the city and the region. There are restaurants and cafés in the area that serve delicious local and international cuisine, offering a cosy atmosphere and aromatic coffee. For those who appreciate contact with nature, the Popowicka Glade Park, 800 metres away, provides a place for relaxation and recreation. The Oder River, which can be reached in a few minutes, offers walking areas and cycle paths for active recreation. It takes around 20 minutes to reach the airport by car, which is an added convenience for travellers.
