12th Floor Apartment with the River View is an apartment located in an excellent location, right next to the Oder River, which can be admired from the apartment’s balcony. The beautiful Oder Boulevards are directly adjacent to the apartment—a picturesque spot that delights visitors all year round. Walking along the Oder Boulevards, you can enjoy stunning views of the river, bridges, and the beautiful Wrocław skyline. The greenery and nature encourage relaxation, and along the riverbank, you will find walkers, joggers, and cyclists. In the summer, near the apartment, you can relax on the beach with a bar, a volleyball court, and a playground for children. We recommend visiting the highly rated restaurant "4 Pory Roku." In the immediate vicinity, you will find various shops (Żabka, Naturalne&Pyszne, Rabat, Dino, Netto), restaurants (Di Bakery, Zupa i Drugie, SimSom, Thali, SushiPak), the Słodka Pasja café, and other service points. The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city. Nearby are bus and tram stops (Mosty Warszawskie) with direct connections to the city center and other parts of Wrocław.
