The condo is an end unit , right beside the stairs, which made for easy access to the beach and the pool. Condo was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed in mid October so it was rather windy, but we still enjoyed walking on the beach every morning. The property management company was excellent with their communications and very quick to respond to any questions. My three sisters and I pick a different location every year for our annual trip and this was one of our favorite stays. It’s not close to many restaurants but we ordered food from South Beach Grill. Everything was stocked plentiful and the beds are all so comfortable! I would only suggest to have two shower towels per person in the set instead of one. We had 6 sets total for 5 women. Women need one for hair and one for body. We just didn’t want to pay extra for more sets so we managed, but every place I’ve ever stayed at always had at least two. It wasn’t a big deal but definitely would have made it better! We would rent here again if were given the opportunity!
