Its name stems from the iconic hotel that sat on the corner of Lumina Ave and Stone street in the early 1900’s. All three units come equipped with full kitchens, full baths, Juliet balconies, washers and dryers, as well as elevated linens and bath products. 'The Lumina' is a 2 bedroom and 1 bath unit with views of Banks Channel. The Space: The Lumina is a fully renovated and professionally designed space up-fitted with our highest-end amenities including Parachute bedding, Parachute bath towels, Malin & Goetz soaps/hair products and is stocked with Casa-Blanca coffee! The Lumina perfectly balances luxury with a laid back surfer's retreat feel, portraying the two sides of what make Wrightsville Beach so desirable. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The Tarrymore is in the heart of downtown Wrightsville Beach…putting itself within walking distance to the beach and also right across the street from Wrightsville’s favorite nightlife. There is a potential for noise, however during renovations we took as many steps as possible to remedy this by having impact glass windows and doors installed, double sheetrock, insulation and provide white noise machines in each bedroom. \-Directly above Tower 7 \-<0.1 miles to the beach \-50 feet to Jimmy's \-100 feet to Roberts Grocery Store \-100 feet to Adapt Kitchen and Juice Bar \-1 mile to Wrightsville Beach Park 2 x Queen Beds // Parachute Home 1 x Full Bathroom // Malin + Goetz Soaps Washer/Dryer In-unit Coffee Machine // Casa Blanca Coffee Guest Access: The Tarrymore is located above the iconic ‘Tower 7’ and is home to three WB Abode units. All of them are 100% private and only share a parking lot and lobby! The Lumina has 1 assigned parking space directly behind the unit, with signage! Other Things to Note: 1\. \*\*\*NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit\*\*\* 2\. Unit is directly across the street from multiple ‘late night’ establishments so there is a potential for noise Thursday-Sunday. 3\. The unit was very very clean and nicely appointed. It is on the main drag in the middle of a popular and congested area of town, which has its pluses and negatives. While the vibe is great, the noise from the restaurant downstairs was a at times a bit annoying, but nothing that the sound machines that were provided couldn't handle. The reserved parking space was terrific and a must since parking in this busy part of town is at a premium. Beach access was very convenient. ##### William Reese W.
