It was VERY clean with a great location close enough to everything but situated in a beautiful, friendly and quiet neighborhood. We brought our boat and kept it at the dock the entire week. The dock and floating dock couldn't have been better for views, keeping the boat, kayaking and fishing. We ate every meal outside on the spacious porch and the kids loved playing pool, foosball, ping pong and kayaking. Ric was very responsive and proactive which made our stay even that much better. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the location. The house was big enough for everyone to spread out and never feel crowded or on top of each other. It had everything we needed - plenty of linens, utensils, beach toys/games, etc. We loved the location, as it was in a quiet little neighborhood that was within walking distance to the beach stores, restaurants, and bars. We also enjoyed walking the loop at Wrightsville Beach. Our favorite spots were the main level deck and the top deck on the dock. We loved watching all the action on the water - early morning swimmers, paddle boarders, boats, and jet skis. The owner was super helpful and always quick to respond via text or VRBO messages. It was real clean and the bikes and kayaks were a great bonus to our stay.
