This investment will ensure greater reliability and safety for all residents and visitors. To minimize community-wide disruption, the work has been scheduled sequentially. During the projected dates of September 14 to October 19, 2026, the elevator in the respective building will be completely out of service. These dates are subject to change. “Sunrise Sunset” says it all with its name! This gorgeous third floor end unit Wrightsville Dunes condo features fantastic sunrise and sunset views. With tons of natural light, 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, access to commercial elevator, and convenient proximity to the community pool and private beach access, this condo is the perfect location for your next family vacation! As you enter “Sunrise Sunset” you are guided down the hallway to the main living area. The primary bedroom is located on this living level and is furnished with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, television, and has its own private balcony that overlooks the marsh. Enjoy sunsets and hours of watching sea birds from your balcony as you soak in the salt air. Down the hall there is a full bathroom that services the nearby queen guest room and a laundry closet for convenience. At the end of the hall there is a spiral staircase at the edge of the kitchen that leads to the top floor. The top floor of this spacious condo is a little oasis that is perfect for junior members of the family. Two twin-sized beds and a full bathroom with walk in shower provide a wonderful sleeping quarter. Long range views from the enormous picture window yield sweeping ocean views and flood the room with natural light. There is also a media area and sofa, making this an extremely versatile area. The kitchen has a pass-through window to the dining and living area so you can keep an eye on the kids and be included in all the action while preparing meals. Gather around the kitchen table to enjoy a home cooked meal or an evening board game. There is a queen-sized sofa bed to relax on or grab a cold beverage and kick back on the ocean front deck! Soothing waves, soft breezes, warm sunshine, and unobstructed views of the sun dazzling off the Atlantic Ocean are sure to make this large deck one of the most popular hangouts in the home. Relax in a comfy chaise at one of the two community swimming pools or play a match on the community tennis court. Enjoy three private beach accesses, pristine manicured grounds, an elevator to all floors, and the spectacular sunset views over the marsh. The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking fees will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation fees may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. \*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office. Occupancy: 8 Stay Restrictions: Sunday to Sunday rental in Summer. Minimum of two night stay other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. Parking: On-site parking for 2 vehicles. One designated space allocated for the unit and one for an unassigned parking spot that is first come first serve. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. There were no beach chairs or towels or paper towels or any of the necessities. I contacted the realtor and they said that it was listed in the "fine print"...I understand that was policy, but they were not responsive or concerned with any of it. I was disappointed that I paid so much and the within a couple of hours of my arrival, I received checkout instructions. Only a few minor flaws: garage door opener and two of the ceiling fans didn't work; kitchen lacked small plates; some road noise in the back bedroom. Séjour de 7 nuits en juin 2024 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Wallace H. 19 mai 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### A perfect relaxing location on Shell Island Having stayed in the Wrightsville area before, and Wrightsville Dunes, my wife carefully chose this unit. Check-in and check-out were very easy. It had great views of both the ocean and the inland waterway. The unit was clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable which made the stay relaxing. There were plenty of towels, and overall the kitchen was well stocked. It was also nice to have a convenient (looked new) washer and dryer for a week's stay. On the con side... the rugs in the unit were threadbare. That strikes you the moment you open the door to the unit. Also, the unit does show some signs of its age (rust on the door frame and exterior) but this is the ocean after all. Still, my biggest complaint was the water which the owners/property managers can't do anything about. It had an odd, sulfurous odor when drinking or taking a shower. We definitely purchased bottled water to drink but showering did leave an odor. Overall, the stay was just what we needed. Very relaxing and there are some great restaurants in Wrightsville which we enjoyed. We definitely recommend this unit. ##### Wallace H. The condo was clean and spacious and the location was perfect. The view of the Wrightsville Beach was beautiful.
