There were three people in our group, unfortunately one of us could not sit on the outside porch. On Sept 1 the property owner must have preprogramed our A/C unit for 76 degrees. We randomly picked this location. The building is centrally located. The property is very good! Its clean and easy to navigate from the pool to the beach. The complimentary ice was an awesome option. Our condo was very clean except for some of the dishware and the oven. The internet worked well(I was working). The down side was the TV is internet based so if you don't have accounts with the streaming services you are listening to the ocean(which isn't a bad thing). They could use a "here is how to use the TV" guide in the binder of rules. The binder could use a page on local eateries. Our only comment is the master bedroom and the living room have sliding doors. The bedroom door would not open from the inside. Both(especially the bedroom) need blinds. One other missing appliance, a garbage disposal. ##### William P.
