Each condo features a private balcony, has access to the communal grilling area with picnic tables, crystal-clear swimming pool, well maintained tennis court, meticulously groomed grounds, coin laundry on each floor, exterior security entrances, an elevator for your convenience, and all just steps from the beach, local shops, and restaurants – this condo has all the makings for a memorable family vacation! This marvelous condo has been lovingly furnished with one-of-a-kind pieces that provide depth, color, texture, and so much charm that you may not ever want to leave! A gorgeous designer sofa and armchair overlook the 42" HDTV with Instant-Netflix, gaming and other Web access plus Blu Ray DVD player and the condo is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. Whether you are working remotely or trying to entertain the kids during a rainy day at the beach – “Robinson” has all your needs covered. The fun doesn’t stop in the kitchen! Bright countertops and vibrant colors create a joyful ambiance. This charming kitchen has everything you need to make a wonderful home cooked meal and is sure to put a smile on your face. After dinner, step outside and enjoy a glass of wine with the waves crashing in the background. The guest room is furnished with a pyramid style bunk bed that features a full-sized bed over a queen bed. Children will love the neat built-in staircase and adults will appreciate the stair storage as it maximizes the space. There is a full bathroom just outside the guest room that is useful to visitors and occupants of the guest room. The primary suite has a king bed that positions you so that you wake up with expansive ocean views each morning. What more could you ask for! Occupancy: 6 Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stays in other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full. Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Boats, Trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Additional Amenities: Keyless Entry, Outdoor Shower, Community Pool, Commercial Elevator, Secure Lobby, Tennis Court, Private Community Beach Access, Communal Grilling Area. \*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable). I wa so surprised at how clean the place was. Location was awesome and it brought back lots of great memories for my husband as he used to stay at station one for summer vacations. The only thing that ruined our vacation was someone doing renovation right next door. It was sooo loud and we have a toddler that is sensitive to loud noises. ##### Hya P. The view as you walk in the front door is amazing. Many updates. You can tell it’s an older beach rental but it was clean and you can’t beat the location. Steps to beach, steps to food and shopping. Got to watch the sunrise from the deck on the morning along with the dolphins and surfers. The check in was a little bit of a hassle as you need to go down the street to the rental mgmt office. It’s on a corner where with traffic and pedestrians can be a little stressful. But that was my only complaint so really can’t complain. I would recommend this rental. ##### Tricia K. Condo needs to be updated. Attention needs to be paid when getting off elevator. The condo before ours looked abandoned. Blacked out windows and front door looked neglected. Our condo door also looked neglected and windows needed to be addressed. That part was a little disconcerting. It was a bit scary. The view however was great but to be honest I did not feel comfortable walking up to the condo door. I knew what the expectations were regarding condo however I didn’t expect what I saw getting off the elevator. The building appears to be in good condition from the driveway and many areas were beautiful. Just not where we were located. ##### Denise B.
